  • 100% of our customers, including some who have been with us for over 30 years, are satisfied with the quality of our service.<\/li>\n
  • 98% of our deliveries take place at the time requested by the customer.<\/li>\n

    \u00abI work on the quality aspect, in partnership with the operations managers. We are permanently seeking to improve customer satisfaction according to the regulations and our internal procedures.
    For the safety part, I ensure compliance in accordance with the legal obligations. Organising meetings, in my role as H&S committee secretary, allows me to identify the risks and thus establish means of prevention.\u00bb<\/p><\/div>
